Testing Hard to Kill

Not that anyone will notice (I’ve unintentionally done my best to kill off this web site), but I’m going to be testing “hard to kill”, using this space to tinker with some new infrastructure designs, over the next few months. In layman’s terms, this means the web site will be getting some upgrades. No, I don’t expect you to care. I’d be a little creeped out, honestly, if anyone actually noticed. This post is a general statement, more for myself than anyone else.

I’m helping Windhaven Network to redefine its infrastructure and lay out a delivery system for its content over the next several years. It’s an unexpected challenge. Mostly because it’s so far out of my wheelhouse. But I think it’ll be a nice change of pace. I’ve been so focused on Internet security, programming, and the like for so long that it’ll be nice to do something more artistic and creative. And as far as the client knows, I even know what I’m doing.

Anyway, this is a placeholder. Please see attached the obligatory image of a female warrior who’s ready to be tested. If nothing else, I figured it’d make a nice change of pace from boobs and ass. Unless, of course, she’s getting ready to show someone her boobs and ass. She does seem awfully over-dressed for a female warrior. That would never pass muster at Comic-Con.

About Claire

Claire Mulkieran is rumored to be a glorified computer programmer by trade, but you can call her a “Systems Security Designer.” She's also a teacher of Pagan-related spirituality and the unofficial patron saint of meandering misfits (or a delusional lunatic, depending upon whom you ask). If you're ready to read between the lines, consider her guiding motto; "Are you a figment of my imagination, or am I a figment or yours?"
